Bank Loan After Completion

Hi All,

I am wondering the possibilities to get the bank loan around 20K (to settle my personal credits in my home country) after completion of my new (first time buyer) home.

Which type of loan i have to looking for to (car loan, home improvement etc...?

    Not sure why you're asking? How are we supposed to know if it will be approved?

    You've already said it's for debt consolidation so you would state it's for that.
