    It is. It basically means you are taxed after pension contributions are taken so you will not be paying higher rate tax.

    For its benefits, you would pay a lot more elsewhere.
    We've not had any salary increase for a few years, and I can't remember what the 'agreement' was, I've got a feeling the freeze was for another year.

    It's being negotiated now.
