Some Advice and Help :)

Hi there i live in scotland
When i was 6 i fell in my school, falling onto a iron radiator, causing my head to be split open. I then had to go to hospital to get it glued together etc

Therefore is it possible that i could claim for this through a lawyer?

Thanks

Firstly, how long ago was this? Secondly, what do you actually want to claim for?
If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales

You fell over, split your head, head mended.

    Any brain damage?

Whose fault was it then. Thousands of kids fall over every day in schools and they get over it.

    How long ago was this.
make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

The time limit for injury claims is 3 years from the date of accident, so it would be time barred as i'm sure you are not a child now.

To be honest I assume you are referring to something that happened 20 odd years ago or more, it would be ridiculous to pursue this now let alone be above to prove it or that it was their fault.
