Do NRAM re-register CCJ after 6 years?

I have an unsecured personal loan with NRAM which was taken out when they were Northern Rock. I defaulted in 2007 and it went to court in July 2007 and they got a CCJ. I made an application to vary and the court made an order to pay of £96 per month. Currently, there is about £3400 left on the account. They are not permitted to make any further interest charges to the balance and I have stuck religiously to the court set payments.
I am a little worried though about whether or not they will re-register the CCJ in July 2013 as there will still be a balance on the account. I am hoping some people who were still paying NRAM when the CCJ 6 year period expired and how NRAM handled it, i.e. did they re-register the CCJ or allow you to continue paying it off as is on the agreed terms?
We are saving basically all spare money at the moment to be able to pay this off on time but not sure we will be able to get there, hence the worry.

I believe the default will drop off your credit files in July THIS YEAR but as they have a CCJ they can still enforce it through the courts again if you default again.0

The ccj drops off your credit file 6 years after it was issued. The judgement (and debt) still exists of course and enforcement options are unchanged.
Sonds like you should have this cleared by the end of 2015.0 -
I have read in a few threads and on debt management companies and charities in the search results from googling that the claimant can re register with credit reference agencies if it is still being paid after 6 years.0

Forgive my lack of understanding, but I had read that and it specifically refers to the register, whereas I am concerned with what information NRAM can pass to a CRA.
One site saying it will be reigstered on your credit file is Payplan.0 -
The only information on your credit files about CCJs comes from the register.
So once it comes off the register it comes off your credit file. No exceptions.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Another example of incorrect info from Payplan?

Oh right, didn't realize they have a bit of a reputation... Worse thing is, the same information is repeated verbatim on many sites.
One final question if I may... At the moment, the account (on Equifax) is showing as CCJ, but repayments up to date until about 2010, at which point it starts dropping in to arrears by first 1, but now 6 months. NRAM explained/alleged that this is because they were required to start showing the payments received against the original payment due, rather than against the payment set by the County Court.
When the CCJ expires, does this mean the account itself will no longer show with CRAs? Or will the account itself still be on record and just show as in arrears but without the CCJ?0 -
