Hey,
Anyone on here on MFP? It's a great way to track calories if you're not following any specific diet or anything.
I've got 3-4 stone to lose (4 takes me to 7lb under my ideal weight and 3 stone gets me to just above my ideal weight but I was quite comfortable when I was there before). I've started doing a boot camp style fitness programme this month, doing 2 nights of TRX training a week but am also going to do couch to 5k myself as well.
Other than that I'm attempting to eat healthily (while money saving of course) so am tracking my calories on MFP but it would be good if I could do this with others so I was wondering if anyone else was on there or fancied joining as I don't have many friends on there (1!!).
Anyone fancy a money saving healthy eating link on Mse? My username is rugbychick84

I've been doing WW online since mid October but have been using Myfitnesspal as well. I think the database is actually much better than the WW one. It's unusual for something to not come up on there, whereas there's often nothing on the WW one.
I haven't tracked on MFP for a whie and haven't used the forums much. I've been off track altogether since before Xmas and am just starting to get back into the swing of things. My username is the same as on here if anyone would like to add me - I don't have any friends on there at the moment.
3 stone down, 3 more to go0 -

Great thread debtfreeby2013, I've been trying to us MFP on and off but would love some friends on there to check up on me and shout at me if I don't track lol
I'm the same as you, I need 4 stone off but I'd be really happy with a stone and a half in the next 3 months for my wedding in April.
I'm yayamally on it, I'm away to find you all lol0 -

I have recently joined too and find it a great way to track the calories I have consumed. Took some time out over the holidays however I am planning on getting back into the swing of things from tomorrow
