I received a second set this morning! Had a card left in the week for a parcel so had it delivered today and it's another set! First set was in a 'Try Me Trio' box but the second were just loose in the packaging. Both sets were the smaller sizes. Have no idea why I've received 2!0

Not to the eye serum, but the rest of my face came out in an horrendous rash yesterday. Finally looked half normal after ice packs, hydrocortisone and antihistamine. I've never had anything like it before and I was ready to scratch my skin off - it was so painful and irritated. Still have scaly skin all round my nose and mouth today, but at least not quite so red and not uncomfortable, thankfully.
Had a check on their website and there are lots more ingredients than I was expecting. Not sure what I reacted to but unfortunately not going to use that again. I don't normally have sensitive skin, either.0 -
The facewash and the moisturiser have really dried out my skin and I haven't gone near the eye serum!0

To begin with my skin felt awful and the cream kind of flaked off - then I realised I was using too much. I think I may be a convert to the moisture cream, it's gorgeous!52% tight0

Has anyone had a phone call from them??
6 days ago they emailed saying they'd be in touch in 10 days time. Did we have to give a phone no when applying for the offer? (I can't remember.) TBH I'd much rather they request feedback via email though as I can't often take personal calls during the day so I'm not sure how much help I'd be.0 -
I haven't... have you? What did they say?
I wasn't home but my dad said someone phoned for me and my sister but we wasn't home, so I was presuming it was them as we both applied for the kit.
Autumngirl, yes there was a requirement on the questionnaire details for a contact number.0
