Gong to give it a month to filter down to credit agencies and go to my bank see if i cant get that loan on a better rate.
Would it be worth waiting that time and then checking your statutory credit reports (use the one month free trials for Experian and Equifax) as that will definitely confirm that it has been cleared? You don't want to go back to your bank and get refused because your mortgage company were being a bit slow in performing the update :-)
Oh and great news - well done!!I would rather be exposed to the inconveniences attending too much liberty than to those attending too small a degree of it.
