    Hi Skint_Catt,

I'm not sure about strength-wise but the absolutely best quality cod liver oil I know of is from Nordic Naturals - It is 100% pure arctic cod liver oil and I buy the liquid version in a lovely lemon flavour. It's pure, natural and very fresh (not like some of the rancid shop-bought stuff you can get.) I think they do capsules as well but I prefer the liquid as it's more natural. It's definitely not the cheapest, however, but I'm happy to pay the extra for the quality. A company called Nutri-Link sells it here in the UK - you can see the product list HERE. It costs me just over £15 (with a discount code) for a bottle which contains 48 teaspoons so lasts me just over a month and a half.

    Regards

    Michelle
