Options
Hi

Has anyone apply for a variation of an order using form N245. Which court do I sent it to? the original claimants court (Northampton) or my local one?

thanks for help

  • You should send the N245 back to the court that issued the original judgement. Do not forget your EX160 if you are on a low income (for exemption from of remission of all or part of the £35) fee.

If there is need for a hearing it should be auto transferred to your local court.

Are you sure you need to vary it? When was the judgement made?
  • I'm on a SVR mortgage (dont want to fix as i'm selling up in Sept once I get the decorating completed) as soon as the interest rates move - my budget is stuffed. I wonder if i can get payments reduced as it means i cannot pay any of my other creditors.

    advice welcomed.
