Hi
Has anyone apply for a variation of an order using form N245. Which court do I sent it to? the original claimants court (Northampton) or my local one?
thanks for help

You should send the N245 back to the court that issued the original judgement. Do not forget your EX160 if you are on a low income (for exemption from of remission of all or part of the £35) fee.
If there is need for a hearing it should be auto transferred to your local court.
Are you sure you need to vary it? When was the judgement made?0 -
I'm on a SVR mortgage (dont want to fix as i'm selling up in Sept once I get the decorating completed) as soon as the interest rates move - my budget is stuffed. I wonder if i can get payments reduced as it means i cannot pay any of my other creditors.
