OP hasn't been on-line since last Sunday. Before starting this thread at the beginning of January, her previous post was October last year, so she isn't normally a regular MSE'r. It sems likely that returned to the 'real world' and we probably won't hear any more about this.
I'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.

That's a nice thought but its more likely she lost, if she had won she would have been on here straight away.

Either way its a tad rude to you LazyDaisy

No, I think it is far more likely they settled (the employer had already made one offer) plus the OP realised that any idea of getting "justice" wasn't going to happen!

Good point, however it would have been left very late if this was the case. And also it wouldn't hurt the OP to come back and just say we settled.

They often are, not just the steps of the court but inside the front door as well!

Yes, I think they will have settled too.

As for me, thank you for your concern, but I am used to this and I don't take it personally. I won't deny that it is nice when a poster comes back and lets us know the outcome, but most don't and that's absolutely fine with me. I suspect that once the issue has been dealt with - one way or the other - they just want to move on.

I can see that, the panic affect whether it be from the employer or employee kicks in and fear of losing overrules

Which I could understand if they were paying you........but you gave your time and expertise freely, so while it is annoying for us rubber-neckers (i.e. me :D ) I think it is totally disrespectful to you!!

So I'd like to thank you anyway :T:rotfl:

ETA sorry for reviving the thread!

You might as well ask the Wizard of Oz to give you a big number as pay a Credit Referencing Agency for a so-called 'credit-score'
