    You need to enable pop-ups to let you click on it and open the competition form in Chrome.

    Also you can right click and choose open in new tab in Chrome, that works too!

    enter button doesn't work for me in IE9 64 bit, even with pop-ups allowed, works fine in chrome though

    It works in Chrome if you right click and select 'open in a new tab'
