Remortgage paperwork - A cheeky ask for some help!

Hi all
We have sorted out moving our mortgage to Nationwide from IF from 1st June (or nearest after then possible). I have received the paperwork through the post today, but there is one bit that is confusing me, and I was hoping someone on here can shed some light on it.
Question it asks is:
What is the name of the person or business that has the charge on the property?
and then...
What is the account number for this charge?
I thought it would mean who is my mortage currently with, but that question is asked 3 questions previous.
Can anyone help?
Nick

Re-read the section carefully as it may be asking about any subsequent or second charges on the property.
If you have already given the info under 'current mortgage details' and there are no second mortgages or charges then simply strike through that section and move on.

Ah yes, that's it!
Other parts tel you to skip to part x if the answer is no, but this bit didn't.
Many thanks Andrew
