I got a nice set of 10 foil printed cards for 99p at WH Smith on Oxford Street yesterday - thanks OP!
Gift tags were also on offer - I actually use plain gift tags for cardmaking so got a silver pack and a gold pack (each have 10 cards) for 64p each down from £1.29.
Also picked up some fancy Christmas wrapping paper at M&S - 3m originally £3.50 down to £1.25 so am storing that for next year! (Should go in the M&S thread but oh well!)0 -
All at 99p in York Coney Street. Dozens of designs, loads left.

Mine were still half price when I called in yesterday.
From previous experience I think it us up to individual stores.
Mine once reduced them all to 50p a box - and I just happened to be there that day and got some fabulous cards.
They even reduced huge plastic tubs of Tree decorations to 50p - think they had been about £15 originally.
Idiot that I was, I took them into work, and gave the rest away.
I will check Smiths out tomorrow as I need some decent cards for next year.
Slightly off topic, has anyone altered their card buying habits due to the postal charges?
I have had to pay for "large" postage last Christmas because my cards were too big for the post office or too thick due to being posh cards with glitter and bits stuck onto the card - iykwim.
Some recipients have had to pay obscene additional fees during the year, just to receive cards - think it was about £1 "admin" plus the extra postage. This was because I had innocently put 1st class stamps on the cards - but never thought because it had an extra piece of card stuck on the card to say DD or whatever, it was now classed as too thick for ordinary postage !!:(
Obviously very annoying for recipients and embarrassing for me.
So I must make sure I don't get cards which are going to cost a fortune to post.0 -
