    had appole meringe pie before, but never apple snow, will have to give that a bash.
  • I make 'roast' spuds by making gravy and cooking the potatoes in that, lovely tasty spuds, if you chuck a couple of chops in as well you get the added taste to the tatty's and also the chops don't shrink and are really nice and soft.
