    Easiest way to do this is use www.screwfix.com as a price guide, then use a local plumbers merchant to buy the stuff. DIY stores may have cheaper prices but theytend to be of a cheaper quality as well.

    Speak to your local Plumbing Trade Supplies (PTS) and buy "Purmo" or "Barlo" radiators. They should be the cheapest about though if you speak to PTS they always have offers on.

    Do you have accurate sizes and finn depth K1, P+ etc?

    Try WICKES - they do an excellent ROLLED TOP radiator for a very very good price. In fact I don't think you'll find cheaper.

    A rolled top is made out of a single sheet of steel that is folded over with only the ends and bottom being a welded seam.
    Other rads are 2 pieces (front and back) and welded all round including the top edge.

    The roll tops really do look smarter.

    I think the Wickes rads might be Barlo (I think Barlo also do roll tops and they look very similar)
    MYSON also do them but they are expensive

    I am currently renovating my house, I have found that the cheapest prices for radiators are screwfix.com, and b&q aren't much more expensive.

    I can highly reccommend screwfix as I have used them to purchase loads of stuff for my house, free next day delivery on orders over £45 is very convenient.

    I didn't try PTS (Plumbing Trade Supplies) for radiators, although after phoning around for the cheapest price on the boiler I wanted (Worcester 28i Junior condensing Combi) they came up with the best price for that

    Hi,

    I'm having an extra rad fitted in my living room and want it to match the existing rad shown in the link below;

    Rolledtoprad.gif

    I've looked online at wickes, B&Q etc but can't find one to match, there all slightly different (have a different top)

    Does anyone know where I can get these rolled top rads? with links? I'm after a 800(W) x 600(H) double rad.

    Cheers

    John
