i may enjoy taking the pee out of trendy people, but if those silly bags are going for over £200 each on ebay, i might consider camping out at sainsburys overnight if there's going to be a next time!:D

My friend, who works in Sainsburys, says the cashiers have some extra bags for sale, but they are keeping them under their counters so you have to ask

People were outside my local Sainsburys at 4am - mad! I can understand them doing that if they are going to make a good profit. But I can't understand why people are paying such silly amounts for these bags on ebay. If you like Anya Hindmarch you'd surely be better off putting that money towards one of her classic designer bags which will last for years. If you are into enviromental issues you can buy lots of lovely cotton/string/etc shopping bags really cheaply. In a couple of months time people will have forgotten these bags were such a fad and will have moved onto something else.
