I would like to buy a pair of Wicked tickets, but they seem so expensive. Is anyone aware of any promotions? even if its dinner and show but the price works out value for money.
Thanks

if you buy your tickets on the day at 10am you get the front row seats for £25. You have to buy from their box office though
Hope that helps. I have friends who have been going twice a week for the past month (so envious as im in N.Ireland at the mo and really want to see that damb show and have done from i was a big pregnant whale - rant over)

We bought ours 3 weeks in advance from ticketmaster.com, for a Friday night show and paid £30 for 2 tickets. If you obey all the rules...you miss all the fun!! Katherine Hepburn0

are you sure this wasnt when they did the pre performance for half price? Only the lowest I can find on ticketmaster is £20 - admitably cheaper than my £25 but the £25 are the best seats in the house0

thanks, everyone. will check out ticketmaster. If all else fails will try the box office at 10am.0

The £25.00 tickets are ONLY available at the theatre box office, in person and on the day of the performance. It is something Wicked brought with them from the USA. A number of top seats are held not for sale until the day. These are not returns or seats up in the gods, it is a way of trying to drum up good-will and to allow the likes of you and me who find £60 a bit tough to find a way of getting great seats.
Great show though, I did get to see it in New York last November. It has taken me a little time to get it, but now I see the style of irony (Get it, Americans and Irony, but in a different way) Wanna see it again.0 -
Sorry to bring an old thread up, but anyone seen any deals on tickets for wicked around at the moment?0

again, still day seats available from 10am which is 24 front row seats for £25 each, but 2 per person. people get there quite early sometimes, and sat is busiest.
The actual box office will give you the most honest view on the seating etc, and on the day, student, oap, equity, unemployed etc discounts apply with photographic id, one ticket per id.
wicked don't deal with the TKTS booth in leicester square, so if you're heading that way, beware as a lot of people come in having been ripped off by touts and dodgy booths.
see tickets, last minute.com, and london theatre bookings are all very reputable agencies we deal with and I'd reccommend all 3.
theatremonkey is a good site for seeing which seats are recommended too.
ticket prices start at £60 - £15 subject to availability.
Hope thats helped you a little, sorry I haven't pointed to any 'deals' as such, but always approach these with care. tickets for this are rarely discounted simply because it's selling great and they don't need to be!0 -

I saw Wicked three months back, we got really good tickets at broadwaybox.com. It sounds like they are only for New York, but I got the link from a freiend and it turns out they have tickets for London too.
The link is http://www.broadwaybox.com/london/ - and you can find Wicked ther and other shows.
We got a dinner deal at a really nice place before, but if you are looking only for tickets I think they have discounts for those too.
Wicked was a really good show, I think you will really enjoy it. Even with a discount the price was still expensive, but it was worth it.0
