Urgent bread maker dough question...

Hi,
I'm using a kenwood BM450 to make dough for naan breads, however the recipe says it makes 3 breads but theres only two of us.
Can I freeze a third of the dough for another time? It's already risen in the BM & I'm not sure if it can be frozen now. Or should I cook all three and freeze the third one already cooked?
There's only 12 minutes left on the BM, so a speedy answer would be much appreciated! Thank you!!

I'd make it and freeze the extra one, it can just be warmed up from frozen when you need it."Start every day off with a smile and get it over with" - W. C. Field.0

Baked then freeze - frozen dough always seems to come out to wet and wont re-rise. Cook it then freeze!0

Thank you! The third one actually burnt under the grill.... But we only ate one, so the second is in the freezer.
They were really lovely - I'm so excited about the bread maker!
