Hi All (and keep up the good work this website is amazing!)
I have a debt from Aktiv Kapital for furniture which is nearly 10 years old. (Ex husband debt in my name) To be honest I thought it had been paid as it had a guarantor. But they are now hounding me for the money. I have been told this debt is to old to persue at 10 years old, plus surely they should have persued the guarentor??
Do I just bite the bullet and arrange to pay off this debt or do I have a leg to stand on?
Any advice is very welcome
Cheers,
Maureen
