Anyone who has bought this can I ask a quick question - a few people say they are buying this for first birthdays but it says 2+ on box is it too young for a 2 year old or would it be suitable
sorry to sound daft not much experience with children and need a 2nd birthday present

I've bought the set for my nephew for next christmas he'll be 17 months by then, the items are lovely and chunky so will be ideal for instant play - can't see him waiting till he's 2 to play with them!!

We've bought it for a 1st Birthday, it's chunky and doesnt look like theres lots of little bits that might fall off and be swallowed think it's just Health and Safetly for 2+ rather than common sense! But if it did fall apart (which I think would be a challenge than it might be different story!)

My lad will also be 1 year old when he gets it (next xmas). Think he'll love it.
