Magnifying light up make up mirror - Boots £15.99

Hi there,
I have just been into Boots in Halifax town centre and they have illuminated make up mirrors for £15.99, reduced from £49.99.
I never would have paid the full price, but have been after one for a while and was pleased with the price of this one. One side is normal magnification and one side is 5 x magnification.
it is No7 branded and a silver round mirror on a silver stand, and plugs in to light up.
There was a large stack of them towards the back of the shop, near the sale stuff.
No idea if it is also online or in other stores, just thought it was worth mentioning if anyone is a blind as me and struggles to apply makeup!

I bought this 2 years ago during a similar sale. I have never regreted it. I wear contact lenses and the illumination is huge help putting them in on murky winter mornings. I find it brilliant as well for makeup, I can clearly see when putting on mascara and eyeliner. My bedroom light is yellow and the illuminted light on this is a whiter light and so colours are more true. On an evening when putting on foundation or blush to go out it has saved me embarassment from streaky makeup, which was not visiable in my normal bedroom light. I cannot recommend this highly enough. Over the two years it has been used daily and I have not had to change a bulb yet (not that I would know how to get into it anyway). No I do not work for No7 in case you are wondering....0

I bought one last Xmas as well when they were 1/2 price and I use it everyday, they are brilliant:) I use it for putting on make up but if you pluck your eyebrows these are fantastic. Just be prepared for a shock when you put the light on though, you can see every wrinkle and hair:eek::rotfl:Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:0

Will be bit expensive to send to the States! Don't they have them over there? Why not order off Amazon.com?
These were online at this price before Xmas but had to buy 2 (which was handy for me as needed 2 for each of DDs
That said, is a good price for what you get.0 -

I actually bought 2 using both the £5 off electrical beauty + double points coupons from the winter mailing, which nicely brought them down to the equivalent of £12.45 each!0
