Have a 'Uniform bag' that you keep in the same place all the time (mine is just a morrisons reusable bag-nothing special).
Put ALL clean uniform, plus 5 pairs of sock and pants per child into the bag on a Sunday, and then you never have to rush around in the mornings looking for clean unifrom/underwear for the kids
As soon as any uniform is clean and dried, it goes into the bag, so on a Sunday i just have to put the underwear in.
......................................................................................... Idea pinched from the cleaners at work, put an additional bin bag/old carrier bag under the bag in the bin. When you empty you have a new bag to use already there.0 -

I'm deciding what to have for lunch and ironing work clothes 10 minutes before I leave for work- I'm popping to the shops on the way home from work to decide what to make for tea
- I'm always forgetting I've got washing in the machine and having to re-wash it
- I remember appointments 10 minutes before they happen
- I have 3 tins of chicken gravy granules and 3 bottles of worcestershire sauce in the garage - I have no idea how or why........
- My Xmas tree and decs are still up.......
Progress! - my Xmas decs are down and packed in their boxes but the boxes are sitting in the middle of the living room. The tree is bare but completely dried out and is shedding needles everywhere. This needs to be taken outside and chopped up but I can't get that man of mine out of his sick bed.
I washed my dress!! I put it in the machine on a handwash and it's fine. It's 100% silk which was why I was worried about it. it's also a size 8 so waaay too small (I last wore it to a wedding just after I'd lost 35lbs. I've put a stone back on since then) but I'll hang it up and use it as incentivisation to lose weight.
