OK,i'm thinking of writing to dlc and offering to pay say £50 a month so they can leave me alone and stop calling.But i don't want to phone then as i think we won't come to an agreement on the phone.However can someone please advise as to what i should write in the letter please??

    Have you put together an SOA (statement of affairs) showing income and outgoings? I think people often send these to show that the payment you are offering is the maximum you can afford.

If you have made an offer of payment - reiterate in your letter - if you have letters of agreement from other creditors put copies in too. it will help get them onboard
