I haven't made bread in ages but did you leave it to cool for a few minutes before trying to get out of the tin, I know that works with muffins.0

parchment / grease proof paper?Opinion on everything, knowledge of nothing.0

Make up some bakers grease.
Mix equal parts of oil, flour and Trex by beating with an electric whisk so that it becomes light and fluffy.
Put it into a jar and you can keep it indefinitely in the kitchen cupboard.
I found this on Pinterest and it is brilliant.
It says you can either brush it onto your tins, trays etc or wipe on with a paper towel which is what I do.
I made this up months ago, it is brilliant.

I had a read through the reviews before I went out and bought some Trex just to make up this mix.

I took the jar to my MIL's over Christmas and used it to grease a lasagne dish.
She always soaks the dish for a couple of hours if not overnight.
I washed it and every scrap of baked on pasta/sauce etc came off within a minute or so without soaking.
I think she was gobsmacked to say the least.0
