Free Santa Letters

Having read and viewed the MSE advice on Free Santa Letters via the Post Office, I am wondering how many people are still awaiting the Santa letter that we still have not received!
We posted our letter/application to the Post Office in early December, 1st class, without response so far.
Has this been a problem for others over Christmas 2012, or have we been unfortunate??

We have not received a letter either. This is the second year
running we have not received and they were sent in plenty of time.
Really annoyed with post office, I know it is free but you do have to buy a stamp from them, just wonder how many stamps were bought but no letter sent in return!!! This was probably my daughters last Christmas believing too.:(0 -
No we didn't receive a reply either. We used a 1st class stamp and sent it the first week of December. Very disappointing.0

I didn't get a reply but just looked on their web site it says Santa will respond to as many letters as possible. Didn't notice that before. I used this from the desk of Santa headed paper wrote what i wanted then printed it.

Both my children sent letters the first week in dec and only one the youngest aged 3 got a letter back, never got any letters last year either, poor show ...0
