That's a supposedly low carb flour and if you have a look on the low carb diet thread in the Health and Beauty thread section you may well find people who have used it - there are lots of avid 'low' carb bakers there.
I low carb but I never eat low carb flour, pasta etc because eating that stuff doesn't get you out of the carb-eating habit.0 -

I go on that thread a lot but have not noticed people baking with it.
I want to try to use less flax/coconut flour.Life is short, smile while you still have teeth

just a warning if its anything like the atkins flour i tried some years ago its nasty stuff
is there a reason u are trying to avoid flax and coconut flours? or is it just a cost issue as u may find the cost of the carbalose will outweigh that
have u tried any of jennifer eloffs flour blends, one uses whey protein flour that u can also get from lowcarbmega but its a lot cheaper.
if u cant find her flour blends let me know and i will find the link for uWhen you know better you do better0 -
