Notices are done, need to find time to site with caterears....

oh has to do his his suits... thing we know what we are doing..

Hello all we are getting married in Nov this year, we want to give the children at our reception something to do (that's not going to create, noise or mess). So we were thinking about activity books with coloured pencils (crayons may get crushed), but looking at some in the shops am not to keen on them and trying to be a bit savvy wanted to make our own, but can't find any good templates on the internet. Anyone got any ideas?

How are we all doing ? I've got my wedding invites ordered this week so that's one more of the list going to try and get my wedding ring next week.

I can't decide what to walk down the aisle to (Hotel room) Ahhhhhhhhh any ideas ?:D

We're getting married on 9th November this year and it's coming around so fast!!

I've been sorting invites out this week, hoping to get them sent by the weekend.

I too am struggling with music for the ceremony as we're getting married in a hotel, think I want something quite classic to walk down the aisle to, something that most people will recognise for the signing of the register and then something upbeat for walking out :-)

We are getting married on 2nd November, great to see I will be sharing my day with a few of you too.

How organised are you? We have been out for our final menu tasting today, after an extremely disappointing first tasting a couple of months ago and had some lovely food. The new chef is great and I am feeling very relieved this evening that things are starting to come together. I can now get on and finish making the invitations now that I know what menu to offer.

How is everyone else getting on?

we are getting most of the invites done..

i have mad wine glass charms and oh has painted the mini eseals for the table name stands and some wooden letters to day. And now is making a clay canoe for the alternative cake.

tried the flower girls dress on here today and it fits (brought last year and she is 4 1/2)

suits are done, i need dress alterering, know what food we want.

readings sorted and music .... just need to sort decorations and wine

I got bridesmaids dresses sorted yesterday and have just ordered an artifical bridal bouquet and bridesmaids so hoping that they'll look natural.

We sent invites out two weeks ago and put RSVP by 9th Aug but I wish I'd said sooner as I want to know yesterday who's coming :eek:
