Healthier, wealthier and wiser... definitely my aims for 2013!

I finally decluttered a bag of carp from the loft that had been really bugging me... one of those keep it or not keep it things. I decided not! It's a very promising start.

I've also done a couple of little jobs that I pass every day and mutter to myself "must do that when I have a minute..."

The house is such a terrible mess (poor state of repair and decor) and I have no money to make it conventionally nice, so I will try to shabby chic it. I'm not really into being all twee with hearts and stuff, so just going for a basic whitewash and bleached pine/wicker type look.

I want to have a go at cleaning up a horrible old carpet. And I am determined to conquer my aversion to dusting this year!
I believe in the freedom of spinach and the right to arm bears.

I am not buying anymore wool until I have knitted up my stash. So say but this just lasts until I see the next bargain. I also have a stash of fabric from when I sewed but I now work so don't have that much time.

Today I have a ton of washing to do.

I needd to get going but DD is baking in for her party tomorrow.

    Will try later
