    I am now in a process of writing a looooooong complaint letter to Barclays!

    You might as well ask the Wizard of Oz to give you a big number as pay a Credit Referencing Agency for a so-called 'credit-score'

    There's a row of blue buttons below each post, one of these is labelled "Thanks".
    loose does not rhyme with choose but lose does and is the word you meant to write.

    No that is a upgrade of the contactless system on their cards.

    3 hours..... Ours are counted in mins.....

    Forget the letter register the complaint via the phone.

    Nope.. I still don't have the contactless payment symbol/option on this card.
  • This happened to me, my bank stopped the payment and refunded my account. I spoke with wonga fraud team and their reply was you are not the only one to be de-frauded we have also been too in this transaction.....


    Luckily the banks are helpful , they cancelled my card and issued me a new one.... Job done :)

    Companies like Sponga attract the scum of the earth and with that scum comes fraud, deciet and assorted tomfoolery.

    Barclays should be ashamed if that's what they told you.
