I had this when I tried to sign up to the newsletter- happened in IE, FF, and Chrome.

So I've sent an e-mail to the suggested address in the error message querying the problem.

1. This free prize draw is open to all EU residents (excluding residents of Poland) aged 16 or over except for employees of the New Look Group, their families, agencies or any other company directly connected with the administration of this promotion.
2. To enter you must register with us online at https://www.newlook.com or in a New Look store.
3. Emailed confirmation of registration will ensure automatic entry into the monthly prize draw. Should the registration be cancelled any time during the stated promotional period, the entry will be removed from the prize draw.

5. Third party registrations will not be accepted.
6. The draw will be made quarterly during the last working week of March, June, September, December.
7. There is one quarterly prize when twelve New Look Gifts can be won.
8. If the winner is from the UK they will receive twelve New Look Gift Cards each to the value of £100. If the winner is from a different EU member state they will receive twelve New Look Gift Codes each to the value of 100€.
9. All Gift Codes/ Gift Cards will be issued at the same time. The codes can be redeemed online at newlook.com/eu, newlook.com/fr or newlook.com/de and Gift Cards can be redeemed in any New Look UK store or online at newlook.com There are no alternatives offered for this prize.
