When you receive the AGV, the voucher code will appear under "My Giftcards" so it is up to you to copy/paste it into the "redeem a voucher" section of Amazon. They are not specific to you, so you can copy/paste the code and email it to a friend for them to use. I use most of mine myself, but do email a few to my sister now and again. (Good to note that the AGV expiry seems to be December 2015 at the moment, so plenty of time in which to use them).

I haven't used the M&S ones personally, but my understanding from this thread is that they are printable and can be used instore or online for everything apart from gift cards (they dont let you use a voucher to buy a gift card). Not sure of the expiry, but I think the M&S codes have a short expiry on them.

One of my pc's is a low-spec one I threw together from spares just for these sort of "install for SB's" offers. Be prepared to have to take screenshots of just about every one of them though - I've found very few credit automatically so had to submit countless tickets.
