I understand that it could harm the influx of new users signing up but... I just wish they'd focus on fixing surveys and offers ect then none of us would have anything to complain about. Can you imagine what brilliant - and FREE - advertising this thread would be if it was 100% positive all the time?
the newbies signing up will soon learn as we have, that the site promises a lot more than it offers. i would rather be told the truth good and bad before wasting my time on a site tbh. if swagbucks were as quick to fix their glitchy and rubbish site as they were to slam your terribly threatening review, then they would have a lot more happy users.
the facebook page is indicative of how the uk users feel about the site- everyone on there is unhappy. there are no surveys, things don't credit, viruses and dodgy offers galore. and swagbucks think they are best spending their time by silencing you and removing a paltry video? i am stunned at their business model. they will not survive if they continue like this, too many people are complaining and experiencing the same rubbish.Originally Posted by easylife73:

well you know the answears to that, its the offer walls not them in charge of the offers and them not crediting. Not sure how many times I have heard that old speech now. As true as that maybe they are offering us a service (swagbucks) and the offer walls are part of that service.

yep. and swagbucks have a duty if they are hosting said dodgy virus laden !!!!!. they should have a big disclaimer or check the offers themselves. until they do so people will get viruses etcOriginally Posted by easylife73:

I'll wonder if they'll just ban uk users and keep it a wholly USA site since we are the ones complaining and we are also a small percentage of the overall user base. I for one not happy about the constant lack of surveys SBTV broken and offesr (I am still waiting for my 300 SB for completing the 'My voice for Dell' survey back in January) not been credited.0
