I am having a lot of problems with surverys.
Did a movie one where watched trailers, did not credit me. Another one just came up with an error half way through.

Katyann and bee11, what you should do is submit a ticket (basically a complaint). How you do this is go to the wall you originally got the survey from (SponsorPay, for example), and on the bit under the wall tabs, click My Account, then Missing Swagbucks. Open an inquiry under the survey you're missing points for and lodge a complaint. For me, with PaymentWall, they asked me to attach a printscreen of the error which I fortunately took. They have yet to get back to me, but here's hoping... If enough people submit tickets for that one survey, obviously they know there's a problem they have to fix!

I didn't print screen =/
just looked through the companies who show an 'account' and there is quite a few things I have not been credited for. Need to keep track.
Problem is I will do 3 surveys at once! then get confused.

I do that too bee11 I know there are surveys I should have got credits for but I forget which ones. It should be our New Years Resolution to keep better track, I guess.

i tried doing the offer on sponserpay for "thecircle". it didnt seem to accept my fake card details though . looked like an easy offer of just signing up
