I did that last week and it didn't credit either. I can't remember what wall it's on but if you look at the top right corner of the wall there's a help or support link. Click on that and find the Special K offer and then you can click 'contact support' or similar next to the offer. Did you receive the confirmation email from Special K? If so, copy and paste that into the comments box. I got credited the next day after sending a ticket. Hope that makes sense...
