Hi pogie, I just joined about 10 days ago and felt very much like you...still do a little bit...but it does get easier! So much so that I just cashed out my second 5 pound Amazon gift card.
The first post will help you loads, and then just play around on the site and figure out where stuff is. And ask questions here, I've had lots and there are some very helpful people here.
Good luck.0 -
Just to update what we were talking about the other day with redeeming bucks - my iTunes voucher came through yesterday and has cashed fine if anyone was considering ordering them.0

Aghgh! Got an email about a 55sb survey, a cints one, plodding through quite happily, took about 25 minutes to get 85% through it (kitchenware), clicked on the arrow to go to the next page and then the next page said the survey couldn't be accessed, I must have followed an invalid link!! Sometimes these surveys are infuriating! Grrrrrr.0
