    Well Done Cath :T

I still have no idea what I'm doing. Do I copy the web address of the completed survey in to the proof of completion form for TP? I mean is that enough of proof?
I think most people do a screen shot for proof (not 100% though as I don't bother )

Do you know how to do a screenshot? If yo are using Windows you should have something in Accessories called 'Snipping Tool' Use that to 'cut around' the area you want to keep, save on your pc (documents etc) and save on a website such as Photobucket. Once you have done that copy the image link by clicking on it and posting it here. hope that makes some sense, others on here are much better than explaining this than I am!

Thanks Cath! You explained perfectly to me. Trouble is I have already sent in a ticket now. :(

Does anone know if I can send in another with the screen shot?

Edit: Tried multiple times and it wont let me. Nevermind, I now know for future reference. Thanks Kath :)

Check your email and see if you've an automated response of them receiving your ticket. I think they'll ask if they need more proof. If you've heard nothing in a few days you can always put in ticket with screenshot.....or just send it anyway:)

didn't quite work for me, went through survey, entered details, followed link in email and it linked me back to the start page - then it didn't let me re-enter my email as I was already registered. :(
