You would get a different local LAN IP (depending how your router allocates to MAC addresses) but your external IP that the survey sites see will remain the same.
Restarting your router might give you a different IP address each time. Depends how your ISP assigns addresses when connections come in.0 -

True, but most ISP lease times are 24+ hours, so you would have to leave it off for a few hours. Most ISP's will release/renew your IP if you can convince them, assuming you can get through to someone that knows what they are doing and isnt just reading off a script. Neither option is really worth the trouble for a few surveys IMHO.0 -

Why thank you! I found my boy easier going - my daughter is a fiesty, independent little thing, which will be great when she's 16 but can be a tad draining at 2! But, to be honest - and I know everyone says it - I just want Baby 3 to be healthy, happy and content. And not too big at birth - definitely not too big!************************************************************
