Sorry to say they probably won't credit you. This exact same thing happened to me the other day with a different survey. First of all I got the standard response showing they hadn't even read my email "I realise how frustrating it is when you get disqualified." So I repeated my first email "I wasn't disqualified, I have already supplied you with proof that I completed the survey as you can see the progress bar on 100%." But I then got the reply that Swagbucks aren't responsible for awarding points, it's up to the survey company. Thank you for contacting Swagbucks.
Bloody pointless having a ticket system if that's all that's going to happen!0 -

SP offer for john lewis vouchers credited straight away for me - hope that helps someone! Mean't i was able to claim another £5
Thanks, done but no credit yet, hope it comes soon
I started reaching the targets daily from jan 10th, so does that mean I cant reach the 30day target even if I get them until 10th feb? Does it have to be in one month? Thank youMortgage start date 19 January 2018, end Jan 2043.

Thats why I sent the ticket to PL not Swagbucks.
But I agree chances are they'll not credit it but it's worth a try, and if nothing else reminded me of a survey co I've been a member of for ages but hadn't heard from lately. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Yes it's the number of consecutive days in the month as according to the goal achievement bonus on the home page. If you get the target every day for the whole month then you get a bonus of 300 sbs plus the daily targets. That's 31 days in January. The bonuses are usually paid out on 5th of the month although you may not see them added until the evening due to the time difference between us and the USA.Don't mess with pensioners. :cool:0 -
