On the DS it isn't coming up with any boxes to tick, just the 'start survey' button, which then takes me to the 'sorry we have no surveys' screen.

Try clearing cache and cookies in your browser and when you click on Daily Surveys again it should ask you to input your details once more. Can't guarantee it but maybe then it will give you some boxes to tick

I only have one of them, but it doesnt have a play button and is doing nothing

just thought, it's not the one that says 'love..' something other other? If so, if you click to open it and then click on the little window that opens where the video would normally play, it should credit. It's a link to a facebook page

i have redeemed 35 quid in vouchers since jan 1st and 10 quid that i am waiting on. so 45 quid this yr so far. not bad consiudering what hard work that it has been.

Thanks Paulshorse. I tried and it doesn't seem to have worked, but maybe it will be better tomorrow.

Just doing the videos on the homepage then I'm going to admit defeat. :hello:
