Oh dear Paul. I had that for about 4 weeks. I contacted Peanut Labs three times and apart from their standard response got no help. I also emailed SwagBucks and they said it was beyond their control. Then there was that 'tell us about your problems with SBs' thread on FaceBook and I mentioned it on there along with some other problems I had. It may be coincidental but it went right again soon after that at the end of last week.
I hope it doesn't last long for you. I did think of taking my computer back to a time before the problem. I had a similar thing with the SSI surveys but it was OK with Internet Explorer and eventually went back to normal with FireFox. You are more computer literate than me so perhaps you will find a way of putting it right. I hope so because when it happened to me there were loads of PL surveys I couldn't do and it was very frustrating.0 -

Same here - one I had earlier was about video games. Strange thing is that I don't remember ever doing any usAmp surveys before :think:Swagbucks joined 5th July 2012 - Earned 2012: Amazon - £300 - 2013: Amazon - £610

Meh, not my day. Had a Peanut Labs survey about online shopping, got right to the end of it and was disqualified for not having a wrong answer. Got 1 SB but was supposed to be about 40. Bit of a swizz particularly as I had finished the survey.
Edited to quote:
"The Market Researcher has informed us that you do not qualify to complete this survey.
What does this mean?
You didn't give a "wrong" answer. Market researchers are often looking for answers from very specific groups of people.
We NEVER keep or use your answers when you do not qualify for a survey.
Keep trying, we do our best to find surveys that are a good fit for you!"
Can someone tell me how to take a screenshot in jpeg format so I can actually send it to SB? I can do one in word, but it won't accept that format. No spend days 2/20, Food for 5 for January £30.67/£200, Fuel/Transport £0/260, Charitable giving £20

I've had it happen twice before - one was a 240 sb survey (I think that was the amount anyway) and it just kept coming up time and time again and each time said that I had already taken the survey - I hadn't done it because the first time I got an error message. The problem lies with Peanut Labs - I think that somehow we get into a loop and until someone presses a button (or maybe the survey closes and they delete it from their system) it keeps coming up. The annoying thing is that you have to go through the preliminary questions to know if it's the broken one or a new one. The two before cleared themselves after about a weekSwagbucks joined 5th July 2012 - Earned 2012: Amazon - £300 - 2013: Amazon - £610

What's really annoying is when they use irrelevant data as the basis of disqualification, such as - what I had today - a survey on holidaying in England where the DQ basis was about daily newspapers. What is the correlation there? It's absolute luck whether you get them or not.
Hi, on this one, I'm not sure it was the papers, I don't read any newspapers and answered none to them all and I got through to the end, did you get kicked out straight after the newspaper question?Challenges £2013 in 2013 £142.26/£2013 ** £365 in 365 Days £7/£365 ** SPC6 1963 ** Swag Bucks 1,673 & £50 AGC (Feb 10k challenge 165/10000) Inbox Pounds £3.27 ** Point Shop 774 + £30 AGC0 -

If you are using Windows, you can use the 'snipping tool' or simply press the Print Screen button to copy the screen and paste it into Paint, then save as a jpeg.
I'm not sure if you will get any joy out of Peanut Labs thoughSwagbucks joined 5th July 2012 - Earned 2012: Amazon - £300 - 2013: Amazon - £610

Me either, first i heard of them was the video game one which i did and was credited.
I wouldn't worry, if you are truthful with survey's they have no reason to ban you.0
