didnt credit first time for me either. but i did it again and it worked. you have to click 'with free plan' and not 'without free plan'. it takes you to a couple questions about weight and lifestyle and then it should credit

PL errored for the alcohol survey, no TS.................... Just filled in a "The Week" registration with fake information and accidentally got them to call some stranger's house...oops.

By the way, anyone who signs up for Quidco via PL...you do have to pay a £5 a year fee. Just saying. It might not be that great value with that in mind.

The £5 per year is taken from your cashback earnings, so if you sign up just for the bucks and don't use the account then you won't pay anything.
