Where I am on assignment they have exit interviews. This is a bluechip company & they use the interviews to learn from what they are told.Never Knowingly Understood.

Trying to get in the last word in as always.
Only had one exit interview, happened to be that the person who was conducting it was also the person behind the reason why I was leaving. Just refused to co-operate and naturally said very little.
