Think I'm in trouble

Hi Richard
I can't remember all of my transactions but I didn't hide anything. I actually think I had bad advice whilst trying for an IVA, I was basically told to do as I liked up until the IVA, just as long as it was all sorted out when the IVA would kick in. I opened a new current account on their advice and they sent me a credit card which, being totally skint, I used. My partner paid that off before my IVA hearing but the creditors turned it down anyway. I had decided to go BR but started to use the card again because everything went wrong at the same time with things breaking down etc. My mum in law said she would pay off the card before BR - until I found out that I would get in trouble for her doing that, so that's made it look as if I splurged deliberately, I would not have used the card if I had known it could not be paid back.
Learn something new all the time eh :rolleyes:0
