I can't find out from Google when WHSmith closes on NYE

And are there any other shops shut on NYE or close early?

It will probably depend on where the WHSmith is located. Around here it is in a shopping centre which shuts at 4pm on NYE and therefore so will WHSmith.

Why don't you look up the phone number for the store on the website and give them a call?
