The only good thing out of the call was that nram said thy would honour whatever 1st credit had put in place..

I would of thought as much however I would be worried if they decided to sell it on....

  • Yes that worries me too as I made high repayments each month to reach this deal....if it gets sold on I'm going to really struggle.... Hopefully nram will stay true to their word.... But I am scepticl

Fingers crossed, I had a debt once to HFC, arranged a deal with BCW to partially settle...got it in writing though. Anyway, a few months later, I had Lowell Portfolio chasing me for the difference.

obviously having it in writing, they disappeared and I have not heard about it again.

  • I've got it all in writing too, after speaking to 1st credit they told me my complete file was sent to nram with details of agreement and my faultless payment history so hopefully it stress for no reason

I don't think the term faultless payment history can be used when you are hoping to have £7k wiped off after defaulting.

You have a nervous wait ahead of you so keep everything crossed.
  • I mean with 1st credit not with nram or I wouldn't be in this position lol :) yes it is a nervous wait .........
