Well I'm very confused. I contacted them and they said they have been recieving my payments since July. Why did nobody notify me of this

Hi I have just recieved a letter saying my K and Co account that was with NDR has been sold to another company. The letter said the payments etc will stay the same. The only thing I want to query with mine is I have asked for a SARs from K and Co so will they still send me the information even though they have sold the debt? Could anyone help me with this one?0
