Depends what part of the UK your asking about. In Scotland they open 24/7 so yes, they would be open. In the UK stores close at anywhere from 4pm to 6pm depending on what time they open (they can only trade for 6 hours) and then they re-open at anywhere around 5-7am depending on your store.
To check I'd go to the Tesco website and search for the store opening times or just type the store area name and Tesco followed by "opening hours" into Google or Bing.0 -
