Sorry this is probably a "how long is a piece of string..." question.
From receiving an agreement in principle how long does it take for the full mortgage offer ?
Thanks in advance and a Happy New Year

Accord are not the easiest to deal with.

I got my AIP with YBS on the 29th Nov, full application went on the 30th, and I got my formal offer after the valuation on the 19th Dec. I had to send extra documents to explain transactions on my bank statement so think it took a bit longer than it could have done!Saved for a house deposit! :j Now for a new kitchen!

I sent my application in with supporting documentation on the 20th. I got a text the next day saying they had approved my application. I thnk it all depends on the lender, how complicated your circumstances are and mortgage affordability. Our lender is First Direct.0
