Hey can anybody help me?
I plan on claiming bank my bank charges for the past four years. I want to set up a new account elsewhere. I have a very poor credit rating. Can a new bank refuse to give me an account?
Thanks
Snowboy.

If I were you I would try the cooperative bank - go for the most basic account if you have a very low credit score. Infact they have been good to me never charged me bank charges just called and expalined and they have been real good.

I believe that Natwest also do a basic account that you can open even with a poor credit rating.
Hope you manage to open a new account successfully and good luck with claiming back your charges!:wall: Only Dead Fish Go With The Flow!!!
