The question I have is there any one who knows of a case of people getting their money back on Mortgage penalties!!!. If so how is it done?

What do you mean by mortgage penalties? early repayment charges or the mortgage exit administration fee? (normally about £200)I am a Mortgage Adviser

By Penalties I mean the charges they charge the cutomer for late payments
defalts. I have read in newspaper articals on people getting the money back.!!
Do you know of this as its the same principle as bank charges.?0 -
No Sorry. but i do think unless you have exceptional reasons for going into arrears that a mortgage provider has ever right to penalise you for not making payments in time.I am a Mortgage Adviser
